I agree the pilot was more wrong than him and she deserves her licence suspended, but truth be told, these useless musicians also need to serve a flight ban for a long time and serve a psychiatric evaluation before being reinstated to fly. I watched a video sometime ago of him beating up one of his supporters with heavy punches alongside his bodyguard. This guy needs to be cancelled. If the Aviation authority refuses to sanction him and place him on a flight ban, then truly this country is gone for the worse.

Yes, he "lost" to PDP (a northern Atiku) majorly due to CBN cashless policy and going against northern cabal's interest for Asiwaju but he still managed to deliver the gubernatorial election. Going by your logic, Tinubu has also lost political relevance because he lost his base Lagos to Obi and his state of origin (Osun) to Atiku. With the ouster of Aregbesola in Osun, do you think APC can now flip the State? Can you now see the futility of your argument?

Asiwaju got 499k votes in Kaduna alone. That margin is higher than what he collectively got in Ekiti and Ogun States combined. With the exit of Elrufai, those numbers will potentially be added to Atiku's margin and that's just in Kaduna alone. You speak like Tinubu's policies are effortlessly winning him votes in the North. If you think a politician like Elrufai is irrelevant, then wait till 2027 to find out.

One thing is for sure. If Elrufai leaves the APC he will leave with majority (in millions) of the northern votes that Tinubu got in the previous election. To merge that numbers with the much talked about coalition will be a game changer. Like it or not, a lot of young Northerners hold Elrufai in very high regard and have become disillusioned with this government. They will follow him to wherever he goes. Northerners like to give their word and keep it but they take betrayals very seriously and respond appropriately. I do not think the crop of Northern politicians that the President has around him can successfully galvanise the North the way an Elrufai can.

Atiku has barely lost any vote he got the last time and seems set to add to the numbers. It may be argued that Obi has lost some of his voters to Tinubu, but it will mostly be voters of the Southwestern extraction. Whether this numbers can decide 2027 for this government remains to be seen. You all can do the maths.

Remember El rufai lost to PDP in the 2023 presidential and almost lost the govnorship that brought in the present governor of Kaduna state
He is losing his political relevance and now he is fighting back for it
No millions in the North will follow El rufai anywhere, tha political dynamics in the North isn't the same anymore

If States that generate more VAT wants to enjoy 30% more of the VAT they generated, then there is nothing bad for states that generate crude oil and other mineral resources to also enjoy 30% of the revenue generated in their states via crude oil and other mineral resources exploration.
