Good day everyone, please i recently purchased an inverter but seems the installer tricked me.
I gave him 180k for batteries, he bought a product GBM battery (4pieces) each is 12V.

Since january, there has been no problem but i noticed from the inverter display that the battery does not charge beyond 60% with 4 large solar panels.

Secondly,it can no longer power my samsung TV of 90W rating.

I'm confused, i still have a 1yr warranty
