I feel Europeans will be forced to develop Africa.
So it can be habitable for them.
Since we won't be affected by the hazards of nuclear war if russia strikes
I believe sometime in the future they will relocate back to Africa and settle after their lands have been destroyed by nuclear weapons

Africa in the middle will be unbothered.
Due to overwhelming radioactive exposure in all countries attacked.
Europe, Asia and south America will become inhabitable.

The only habitable continent will be Africa
Forcing Europeans to rush into Africa buying up huge hectares of lands.
They will relocate to Africa and since Africa is in a mess, they will now join hands to rebuild and develop Africa so it can be suitable for them to live like they used to live in Europe.

That is the only way Africa will get developed
