The Scammer must have forwarded the buyer's phone number & address to the Seller. Then the Seller gives that info to the Despatcher.

&Before the Seller sends the product, he must have called the Buyer to confirm the order.

The Buyer will immediately see they are different person's - the Seller & the Scammer.

Dangote is and was never a monopolists but it's corruption that paint him that color because a lot of Nigerian politicians have high stakes in Dangote investments hence they will prevent any other biz that will stand there way. I think this is the right time for PBAT to support Dangote refinery and let him sell us PMS within 400-500 NGN, the removed subsidy should be diverted to the support of local refineries.
Finally NNPCL should be privatized and have all it board changed and see how economy begins to gain momentum.

Which of the lekki branches is this? I'm a contractor to GTB and I have been to all GTB branches in Lagos and at least 50% of branches outside Lagos.
I know the terrain of GTB lekki (ShopRite) very well,the compound alone is 3 times the space the building took. the there's good drainage. That picture is not GTB lekki,that banking hall is not lekki (ShopRite),even those black single chairs are not used for customers in GTB.
Also for GTB lekki admiralty, it's impossible,the ground floor is only for reception and security check,no seat,for customer,except banking hall upstairs.
From the picture you posted,that banking hall is neither of the lekki branches I have been to on several occasions.
