The first task, Neo cheated, else Nengi would have won. He kept on throwing when Biggie told them to stop.

In the second task, Neo fed himself before Biggie changed the rule. By feeding himself, he used the fork to feel the toppings plus he wasn't properly blindfolded.

Truth is as much as he wants to win, brands are watching, people are watching and can see beyond his tricks. I hope his cheating ways do not affect his future prospects though.

As much as I don't support cheating, Neo wanted to win badly cos he hasn't really won much and he's just being strong, I'm sure Biggie saw his tricks but decided to just allow him shine.
