Nigerian musician, Peter Okoye widely known as Mr. P is surprisingly getting involved in Nigerian politics.

The member of the reunited music Group, Psquare announced he will be voting for PDP presidential nominee, Peter Obi in the upcoming 2023 election.

He expanded his decision to do so in a post via his Instagram account on Monday 23rd of May, 2022.

According to Mr. P, he is backing Peter Obi because he is the most disciplined, Principled man he has ever met. He stated that Peter Obi is accountable and honest and he is the only man who can fix Nigeria.

President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Mr. Anamekwe Chukwunyere Nwabuoku to oversee the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation.

Nwabuoku is to take over the position pending the outcome of the EFCC investigation of the suspended AGF, Ahmad Idris.

Buhari’s former aide, Bashir Ahmed confirmed the development on Sunday.
