You are not dieing, since it's not HIV, welcome on board.
Staphylococcus is hard to treat, however I will suggest the following
1. Avoid sex now, and improve on your hygiene, boxer, bedsheet, pillow cases should be washed.
2. First treat according to the sensitivity of the strain, and be careful because it can be resistant to the drug, treat with synthetic drugs and follow up with water based Native herbs.
3. Eat fruits and take immune boosters such as drugs rich in zinc etc as this is your only remedy as it will help fight off the bacteria
