What is the different between that and state Police?

Police owned, controlled, funded, equiped,etc by each state laws and government that does not have any influence or control of the fg.
Let the military defend the territorial/ boundary sovereignty of nigerian and state police do the policing of each state.
Only the indegens should be the personnel of state police.
With that the problems of terrorists, killer herdsmen, etc will disappear asap.
This will make all Nigerians to learn, to know and to respect the laws of each state of the federation just as it's done in USA.

Being academically sound does not mean one would make a great leader!!! Take Anambra for example… their governor was a first class student and former cbn governor but a terrible leader from all indications and public sentiment.
