This guy practically had to beg to join APC yet the opposition would want you to believe that they are being arm-twisted to join APC.

Poor maintenance happens because many of the buses cone from abroad.

So keeping them well maintained costs a lot of money, and since state governments don't want to increase ticket prices, the revenue is never enough to pay for continued maintenance.

We don't have poor maintenance culture. People in this country go to their mechanics even when the car or vehicle is working. It's cost that is the issue
