Mr Kola walked into First bank Akowonjo branch and demanded if the money he transferred to someone in UBA a week ago went through and the half nose cashier told him it hasn't gone through yet to the amazement of everyone standing in front of the cashier.

I deal in auto cars and in most cases I had let my client go with my car without me receiving alert on amount transferred to my account, though risky, it is one of Sanusi's initiative on cashless lagos-an avenue of reaping from the poor again.

You are made to pay 5percent on cash above 500k while the transfer itself attracts a transfer fee. So I ask if its cashless why charge a transfer fee?

I ask again how do you expect someone that have paid for goods to wait till whenever a transfer is concluded for days before he can take home his goods.
