Good day everyone, pls I have been experiencing blisters/bumps on my scrotum and it itches me anytime there is heat or hit sun, anytime I use antibiotics it will reduce buh won't go permanently and wen I stop the drugs it will Increase again, pls is there anyone here who has had a similar experience and what you think it might be.
