Take for example one of our estates ,Barachel park and gardens igbokuta ikorodu ,very good location ,very habitable ,my siblings attended igbokuta model college some years back so its not a thick Forrest we talking about here,there's is electricity already in place,Infrastructure in place,clients have gotten their allocation,some have started building ,some just want to come in as an investor, why some are have completed their building and have in or intend moving in very soon,we have neighbors ,even a very popular brewery share fence with us,we are not interested in you bringing your money ,having your own home is our priority ,already we have structures in place that has made building a house very easy for subscribers and at zero interest.
And Moriah park and garden agbowa .its located at odo ona town same ikorodu ,very lovely environment .we have people living around ,good road net work,perimeter fence,cleared ,electricity ,documentations already in place..so you not buying to wait for ten years to build cause you are buying in an already existing neighborhood,we also have numerous estate around part of it is Lagos state housing estate just further down our estate ,if its an under develop environment why would Lagos state invest so much in such environment.we have buses from ikorodu garage going to agbowa to and fro ,we also have buses from ikorodu garage going to igbokuta..please you can do your findings..all these are community on there own.

And for the mowe axis ,well i cant really speak for all the developers on that axis but one thing is really common ABOUT some of the subscribers that first bought into it,they all agitate for there land but most times they don't come back to build ,55% of the subscriber that came to axis came in as a speculator ,let me buy and wait ,lets buy and re sale later when the price go up, so who is going to develop the land,the company keep spending money to keep it cleared so as to encourage other subscribers to buy, everybody knows infrastructure put development in place.infrastructure also determine price ,that's why in my company we have come up with initiatives, blocks initiative ,supply building materials and we also give free architectural design for subscribers. cause we promise to deliver ,and we have delivered and still delivering.
