Nairaland / General / Re: Reason Why You Dont Get Hired In A Job Vacancy by henry255: 4:26pm On Sep 15, 2015

There is nothing bad in trying. Even when you know you are nit qualified..
Though this topic can be debated
I disagree with you. That's why you see most office positions occupied by rookies maybe by way of uncle in higher rank.

Gain the experience first
Nairaland / General / Reason Why You Dont Get Hired In A Job Vacancy by henry255: 2:23pm On Sep 15, 2015
Most people throw CVs everywhere whether qualified or not expecting a miracle.
You'd see a job opening for one slot, thousands of people will applying witot minding the company's requirement for application.
Are you one of them?

Well thanks, i know what i meant wen i said it sounds like a jingle. Pls try and download theme songs from olympics, world cup, and so on and then observe the elements of the songs. Ur theme song should be able to last a life time. U shouldn't have added the date on the song. And the way you switch tempos within d song made it sound amateur. Am not condemning your effort oh. But if i was to judge, those are the things i would observe. I would really love you to win it. U can start creating a back up theme song. And do certain adjustments am telling you, with a lil correction this ur theme song would b a bang! Include some element of some local african sounds in the beat . I would prefer u make a beat that sounds like these south african zulu kind of sound...if you know what i mean. With ululations and soft bass of native drums and a bass rythm background. I wish you could understand what i mean sha.

Nawa ooh! You have offensive post. I can tell you that that song has qualified itself for the purpose for which it was made for.
Speaking about tempo you emphasized on. I'd to play back repeatedly to pick out your points. But obviously I didn't notice any tempo variation rather all I discovered was a switch in the 2nd verse which I believe he was trying to spice up the song via high pitch modulations.
Mind you, this is a competition organized by a radio station that wants to gain global recognition and promote marathon, thats why the singer pointed specifically on the date.

Health / This Is Embarrasing Me...i Feel Pain. HELP by henry255: 7:06pm On Sep 03, 2015
A couple days ago, the day after both oral and vaginal sex, i noticed a moderate red inflamation around the top of the shaft of my penis. This inflamation was slightly sore to touch, and itched a little. The day after, the swelling subsided, but the skin was still warm, still itched, sweet to scratch and splotches of peeling skin began appearing around the affected area. Those areas progressively became larger untill they encompassed a one inch thick ring around the tip of my shaft (but ended at the head). This peeling resembles the skin after a mild sunburn more than anything. I rubbed all the dead skin off (probably not as gently as i should have), and no other layers of skin seem to be peeling, but the area produced fluid and smells. After a warm bath, I will dry it up but it still comes out and reddish.
My boxers stain. I had to use tissue paper to tie it round but it will soak after a while.
This morning i woke up, and there is a slightly bleeding crack in the skin, similar to the type that appears on chapped lips.

Can someone tell me what this may be?

Business / Brazilian Hair On A Nigerian Head? by henry255: 1:27pm On Aug 16, 2015
BRAZILIAN HAIR ON A NIGERIAN HEAD?

Since that's possible why can't we also clothe ourselves with a white man's skin?

We prefer luxuries to stable finance. We spend heavily on material things without minding if we have money left to maintain them.
What do I mean? people tend to spend their last dime on expensive liabilities rather than having an unshakable finance generating source.
It's only in africa that we celebrate luxuries but not SUSTAINABILITY. That's why politicians tend to go broke after their tenure in office.
WHY?

Because they refuse to allow money work for them.

Where others STAND, with residual income, you become OUTSTANDING
Where others STAND, with residual income, you STAND OUT
PICK your STAND today that will bring financial transformation to your generation.

Note: scarcity creates value. The law of demand and supply. Don't be the one to regret for your decisions tomorrow.

Think RESIDUAL INCOME, think AIM GLOBAL
Happy sunday

#Aim Global
