oluwasucre69: If you are in Lagos,You can get your local govt certificate at OSUN STATE GOVERNMENT LISASON OFFICE(53 Remi-fani Kayode street G.R.A ikeja). That's where I got mine ..they will ask of #2000,2 passport photographs and your hometown/compound.

to everybody in lagos state who needs state of origin certificate go to the above address to get it, this is where i got mine 2 yrs ago. almst all states are there. teamogunstate
