Lawsuits are not always about seeking justice . People use them to intimidate , fight out ego wars , waste someone’s time etc . From my experience with Nigerian courts , avoid them if you can . Try to resolve all issues before you get there or Atleast do not sue . Always try to be the defendant . The Nigerian court system is painfully slow and usually makes these cases look worthless at the end of the day
