Your hdd may be developing fault. Go into the bios and run the SMART test, see what the result is. Is it laptop or desktop.? If it's lappy let me have the model details.

the system attimes refuse to complete booting, just when it get to windows7 page it trips off . when i on it again it does same till after many trials it will eventually boot completely.

Had a similar problem before. Got tired and formatted
