Person’s Specification:
Sales Supervisor
Should possess a minimum of bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from reputable university, in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant/robust experience in sales and marketing of FMCG.
Strong knowledge of Ibadan Metropolis and ability to drive.
Ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Setting sales target for sales representative/merchandisers and monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Sales Representative
Should possess a minimum of bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a reputable university, in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of Foods & beverages.
Strong knowledge of Lagos Metropolis and ability to drive in Lagos roads.
Responsible for meeting monthly/annual sales targets through market.
Increase sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s product.
Institutional Sales Representative:
Should possess a minimum of bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a reputable university, in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of Foods & beverages.
Strong knowledge of Lagos Metropolis and ability to drive in Lagos roads.
Responsible for meeting monthly/annual sales targets through market.
Increase sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios
To grow the companies institutional business and foster exceptional quality relationships with new and existing clients.
Networking is a key role requirement and proven networks and ability to grow them will be an added advantage.
Maintain a high level of engagement with the client base and act as a point of contact between the company and the various institutions.
Approach new businesses with tailor made proposals.
Sales Merchandiser
Should possess SSCE/OND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of FMCG.
Strong knowledge of area road network of anyone of Ikeja / Yaba / Lagos Island.
Responsible for meeting monthly/annual sales targets through market.
Routine Sales Call Cycle for Existing Retail Listing.
Process and Follow up on all orders as necessary
Merchandising and Retail Support for accounts as directed by the Sales Manager.
Utilize market data (rankings, sales trends, etc.) to improve placement and retail support.
Communicate with Sales Manager regarding sales issues/objectives.
Driver
Should be residents of Abule egba and its environs
Possess 1 - 2 years driving experience.
Strong knowledge of Lagos Metropolis.
Should be young and energetic, between 23-30 years of age
