He is not ranking who is likely to win. He is ranking how they will perform if they get to power. I think I agree with the part where he said that Tinubu will perform 4.2/10. But I would have considered 1.2/10 though. I will give Obi 7.5/10 and Atiku 6/10 though. Sowore may not perform above 5/10 for now, but he might do better in the future. Seyi Makinde will sit at 6.5/10. All in all, Tinubu will be the only failure among them.
