fobak203: First and Foremost, Congrats on your studies, what you have in your hand could either be a springboard or an impediment to your success. I pray it is the former. You need to choose a school that fits your UG course, get admission either through an agent or yourself. Afterwards, you can then indicate your interest in the school of government scholarship. For Some s schools, it is usually during or after the admission application. You should also be ready to write a catchy CV that shows not just your academic prowess, but also your leadership, communication, research and social skills. All the best. More specifically, Look into Macquarie University, the assigned agent could give you a minimum of 50% scholarship if you make your application through them and a maximum of an all expense paid studies. Cheers Thank you so much sir. But seriously I dont understand everything that you have said. Please are you saying that I can not apply for admission by myself except I use an agent and like how much will the processing cost me sir? Thanks alot sir |

cheekynero: Its been a while...Greetings from Australia (Some of you might still remember me from way back)
For those peeps coming to Australia for their Masters...(Their school system here no be beans pie).
Firstly, learn how to use a computer and internet system. Be well grounded in Microsoft word, excel and power-point. Also learn how to surf the net for general information, peer reviewed articles, journals and so on
Secondly, learn how to write essays and research papers.(From 3000 to 9000 words on a topic). Practice critical readings and know how to play with words while bringing out the information you need from different search engines on the web. (Most people from Nigeria are only familiar with google)
Learn how to speak well and do presentations using power point slides because you will be doing loads of it in front of your course mates and lecturers.
Learn how to do referencing (Harvard referencing) and if you can get acquainted with the Endnote software, life will be a bit easy for you.
Lastly, learn how to paraphrase... (Very important)
Thanks me later....Stay woke. Goodmorning sir. Please I wish to do my MSc/ PhD at Australia but I dont know how to apply for Australian scholarship. I have first class in Physics Education. Please kindly assist me |
