You can pay with any debit card, I paid for my sister's own with a Verve card and made my own payment via online bank transfer ( very easy and straightforward).

For that date of collection, I doubt it though (except you have strong connection in higher places or you do fast track), cus my sister's collection date of collection is sometime in December I think, and she captured on the 17th

You will be living in a country where 99% of people speak Russian anyway and if you must practice in Russia including holiday medical practice, then you need to learn the language in order to be able to converse with patients comfortably.
Russia has a very broad level of examining you so most of the exams are assignments, research, oral presentations, medical practice, laboratory practicals, etc. which makes it very easy to study medicine in Russian.
Technically it is tough, but the limitation is not the language but your own commitment and willingness to devote your attention to education.

About earnings, foreigners and students are treated well and paid appropriately like locals. You will earn way more than you can imagine in Nigeria but again, Medicine needs time and focus.
