Adexluv:

i don't knw what u people re talking about ooo
tell me more

I don't really know which part you are talking about, but let me just try and see whether i might be able to answer your question.

TSP is Telecommunication Scholarship Programme, they conducted a test sometimes in June or July and selected those with 50% and above for a Scholarhip Programme (not full scholarship o!), you still have to pay between 180k to 120k or so depending on your grade and programme. for more info on this check their site. Check above.

About the files, I got some files relating to some of what is being taught at present and some that might still be touched in the future and mailed them to some i got their mail address from the mail IAeS (TSP Providers) sent me. But one person mentioned that he can't opened it so i promised to resend them. You mail drop your mail box so that i may forward the files to you too. (Remember not write your mail as they are i.e. yyyyyyyyyyyy@yahoo.com to prevent spaming as you can choose to leave a space or any way you want it as much as the message is passed.

all the best.

onlygirl:

its a good intiative jide.please can you send some information about lectures and training so far.i am yet to pay for the lectures so i ve missed two classes.i hope to be around this week.am in abuja centre.anyone who has attended classes should please share his or her experience on here.

I am in abuja centre, Monday morning (i.e. NE1)

I don't know whether the classes are perfectly the same, but the Courses: Telecom Fundamentals was taken over 3 sessions instead of 1 that was set for it to carry everyone along and to form a good foundation for future courses.

[size=14pt]With the noise of NSE crash around us, can we all please consider these few points below and offer our critical views of them (mostly appreciated will be good research). Remember that “the Shrewd see calamity and proceed to conceal himself -Proverbs

Is NSE doomed?
With the agreement of FG with NLC to expire in June and a major fuel price hike imminent (with possibility of ‘strike’ – calculating from Nigeria history), what effect will this have on NSE. Note that fuel price hike might be pegged at 120 naira since the FG is now subsidizing every litre by about 35 naira, a feat I don’t see it continue for long, how will this affect inflation. Should the inflation move up, some individual investor might want to sell some equities to break their economy shortfalls. Will their influence cause major market slide?

With the budget still dragging between the EC and Senate and no concrete part of it foreseen to favour an average investor yet, will steam run off NSE?

With June coinciding with the end of the 2nd quarter of some major financial institutions, will the financial mopping result in another bear prevail?

US economy might still be shambles now and taking its toll on the major economy of the world, but it might interest you to know that according to The Guardian on Thursday some of them are picking up. What if US economy and other much stable market shows strong indication of major rally after this period of depression (remember the market cycles), will international investor massively withdraw their money to take position in these markets (I remember one my teachers here saying that one success in equity trading to buy at lowest low and sell at the highest high).

There are speculations that NSE is overpriced due to excess fund in the circulation, will CBN come up anytime soon with their policy of excess cash mop-up, and what will be the fate of NSE?

Since banking sector is now experiencing the most non-trending season in a long time and the future not looking bright due to their outstanding shares and high capitalization, will there be any haven should the market crash?

As it is with everyday events that even in worst situations some still make it rich (Death versus the Funeral managers e.g. Ebony, etc), will there be a sector hide in case “yawa gas”?

Will fundamentals fail? Most often in market crashes, the equity prices might be falling with one expecting that to strengthen the fundamentals, but with poor results with even loses, the fundamental sinks. And should one pay attention to some results being released to market of recent, many left much to be desired, thus will fundamental analysis fall short?

Can technical analysis save us? It a point to note that market emotion can change in a twinkle of an eye from that of confidence to fear, will the market be too volatile that technical analysis will unable to keep up (Prof. Aktopgun – will the light be off the candles)

One of my teachers on this forum one talk about market stages, are due to enter the 4 stage (stage of fear)

Or in short are we doomed come June?

The ball is in your court
