I've someone travelling from Canada to Nigeria. He booked a Delta airline that's supposed to move from Toronto to New York then Lagos.

He has just a Canada Visitor visa and doesn't have a U.S visa.

My question is does he need a U.S visa to transit through U.S to Nigeria?

The plantain suckers were actually planted before the application of the waste.

The waste was done by my farm manager. I think he used a bag of about 50kg for 5-7 suckers
