On a scale producer and artist share 50/50 of what ever comes from making a song, artiste usually edges out of aspect of royalty to intellectual property.

Unfortunately, the problem these three guys (Jude,Peter,Paul) have is that are each saying the truth from their own perspective and sprinkling a little like with it. All in an attempt to not look like the one who is at 'fault'. They have not addressed the root cause of the matter as it is, but every one of them is just desperately trying to prove the others fault.
