Job Description:

§ Responsible for maintaining the equipment's productivity to minimize downtime or breakdowns. Some tasks are required to be performed within rigid time frames to maximize bakery product productivity.

§ Maintains accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance reports.

§ Responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair of all pieces of equipment within the bakery including: production equipment; building and facility grounds.

§ Works in a safe and efficient manner and in compliance with federal and state requirements at all times.

§ Responds to maintenance and line stoppage calls with a sense of urgency and ownership.

§ Provides emergency repairs quickly and efficiently.

§ Performs duties in all areas within maintenance department.
§ Provides technical assistance and information to ''Chief Engineer", as needed.
§ Displays initiative in recognizing work to be accomplished and makes recommendations to Chief Engineer.
§ Prepares specific and accurate parts request forms.
§ All other additional duty assigned to you by the department or company.

Salary: 100,000 Net
Experience: More than 3years in mechanical.
Qualification: Minimum of Technical Training

Job Responsibilities:
Receives and dispatches orders for products and deliveries.
Receives products, analyze the product based on quality, and supply to the customer.
Ensure customer invoices are sorted serially before collection, based on the availability of products.
Summarizes daily sales report based on the serial number from the invoice raised by cashier on daily basis as well as loadout supplies.
Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
Works closely with the packaging coordinator to ensure product needed by customers are well packaged on a timely manner.
Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of activities and other information
Ensure all customers are treated equally without preferential treatment.
Ensure you work with logistic, general manager and supervisor to prioritize the need for urgent product needed to avoid customer delay.
Itemized total number of products supplied daily, total outstanding supply daily, total outstanding generated daily and vehicles loaded daily.
All other additional duty assigned to you by the department or company..
