is it all the boys on the field i mean Tin can have passed through NIS? are they all chartered members of the institute?

the problem with our boys is greedness and selfishiness.
could you believe that i link one agent with my brother hoping that he will put me through on how to do the clearing he has been dribbling me since last year. and yet cars are coming in from my brother to him. imagine that.

that is why i said is there any big deal about the whole clearing. if pry 6 graduate can be doing it what stops a degree graduate from doing it.
is it not just moving from one office to other to pay money. something any fool can do. our people have turned it to secret cult.
