Hey guys, you just got admission into the university? Congratulations!!!!
While you preparing to buy all the things you would be needing for school, it’s pretty easy to forget at least one or
two things that should be on your checklist.
So i decided to compile a list of things you might want have:

Clothes

-- shots/pants
-- sweatshirt (sweater)
-- polo shirts (fr guys)
-- sports wear ( if you are into sports basketball, football e.t.c)
-- T-shirts, long-sleeved shirts
-- Belts (guys black or brown is okay...give your purple red,blue and other colour of belts that you have to your sis or babe)
-- A couple of good pairs of shoes ( guys get a palm slippers too)

Laundry

-- Washing Soap ( canoe,premier,B29 or any other bar soap wey your money carry, like 6-8 bar soap should do)
-- washing detergent (you can get 2 of those big Ariel,OMO,sunshine...you know what i mean)
-- clipper ( if you can afford)
-- bleach ( if white plenty fr ur polo and shirts dem)
-- An Iron (If necessary
--- something fr you to put ur dirty cloth ( like dose laundry bags wey dem dey give away fr wedding party...if you no dey go wedding party, na ur palva be dat)

Bathroom Essentials
-- Toothbrush
-- Toothpaste
-- shaving stick
-- shampoo, conditioner (for ladies)
-- bathing soaps
-- Makeup (for opkete)
-- Anything needed for contact lenses ( also for kokoletes and opketes)
-- Deodorant
-- Fingernail/ toe nails clippers
-- Perfume/cologne (for sure guys)
-- Lotions, Moisturisers , whatever such things you use
-- Towel
-- Slippers (Flip Flops)
-- Sponge and Sponge case (no forget say you go need bucket o...unless say you wan go dey borrow borrow)

And Here is a little advice don't be embarrassed about the amount of stuff you're taking to uni. Some People will
turn up with two car-loads(like say dem dey go their husband house***you know them na**) : so if there is something you want to take, take it.
And again Buying all this stuff can get costly and often you need to shout for some help. It's different for
each individual, but try asking friends and families for financial support ( may be i will write something about how to ask for financial support cuz some student are bad at that)
- you'll be surprised. Sometimes miracle come from seemingly no where.

The tuition fees for 100level is 36 thousand plus for science student, for 200 level its 20k and its less for some faculty/department.

@nickilight since you choose unilorin as ur second choice, you will need to put in more effort in your post ume , student who choose the school as their second choice rarely get the choice they applied for. The general postume cut off mark is 50 but for competitive courses you will need high scores to secure a position on the admission list.
This year cut- off marks for various courses are not yet out. Keep checking the school website for any update concerning cut-off marks( it should be out any moment from now as we(student) are about to begin our second semester Exam(june 11).

back to lag to complete my registration, but my problem is where to get a good scanner mine is kinda blur.
i may have to sort out akomodation outside since no more akomodation for freshers.
those waiting for secound list .if your faith can carry it ,you should start sorting out for your akomodation klose to the skool.
