It's either way, u can boil d tomatoe first or fry it directly.It wont taste raw if u'l b patient wit it 2 dry properly.I boil it 1st wen i want 2 preserve d tomatoe 4 future use.

1. Blend d desired quantity of tomatoes, pepper, onions n mayb garlic n ginger if u want.
2. Heat groundnut/vegetable oil n add d blended stuff. Leav till d tomatoe is dried. Do not stir except u perceiv it's gettin burnt.
3. Add water or meat stock, ur seasonings n salt 2 taste. Add ur boiled meat. Leave 2 boil 2 allow d stew n meat absorb d ingredients. Stir occasionally 2 prevent it 4rm burns.
Giv dis a try n c hw easy it is. Let's knw hw it went afterwards too.
