We have been receiving lot of complaints that the front camera of the innjoo note was delivered blurred but it was later discovered that there is a Protective Blurred Film Nylon Covering the front camera...carefully remove Nylon to enjoy the 5MP front camera on your innjoo note. But they were quick to collect money and deliver and av been giving me false assurances of coming to retrieve d item.
Is that jumia's own version of how warranty is supposed to be,they don't understand what warranty policy is or are just being fraudulent.
U purchase an item covered by warranty,find that its defective, fulfil d warranty conditions, spend time and money getting in touch, almost begging jumia to fulfill warranty on d defective item,yet expected to go and repair d product itself.na wao o.

I just got my Innjoo note yesterday from jumia also. And I noticed immediately that the front camera is either 0.1kilopixel or non-existent was so furiuos that I slept with frustration filled in me. Only to realize this morning that there is an extra protective blurred film nylon covering the front camera, upon removal my front camera has returned to Normalcy. I will suggest you try same. Who knows might be thesame problem.

I placed my order since 29th nov (when d 2nd batch of innjoo note was AVAILABLE) dey just called me on 4th december to verify my LAGOS address.... During the verification they said it wud take d accessories 3-8 days while it wud take d fone 16days to arrive an ikeja address!!! ...........Chaaaaai jumia don do me 30!!!!!!
