On the landing page, right under the rectangular box which shows portfolio balance, click invest, click mutual funds and click equity fund, then choose number of units that aligns with your wallet balance.

Open zedcrest too. Keep majority there, followed by paramount then CS. Paramount and zed are somewhat correlated just that zed always does double of paramount daily. CS is the least correlated to them both; meaning CS can bring green even when the other 2 bring red but growth is conservative.

It is not always the fund managers who are slow in responding to our requests, some of us don't just follow the right procedures to make things easier for us and fund managers.

Thanks for this. If i were a fund manager, i would even be rejecting some customers. Apart from glitches here and there, many times customers are complicit in delays except its a notorious fund manager.

Also people lack conflict resolution skills. They rather send emails or come here to complain. Emails are the least effective way to engage. A simple phone call would do and many folks dont know they can also ask to speak with the supervisor of the customer care asistant that picks.

Something as simple as, when should i call back and what’s your name so i can ask of you places the burden of resolution on the customer care agent that attends to you. Never accept “we are working on it as an answr” Demand to know what happened and how it will be resolved and when and by whom

They’ve left csof behind since. Csof is at 50% or so. I noticed the first year of a new equity fund is almost always superb. That’s how zrosk burst into the scene last year and everyone was wondering who they were after a successful outing.

Seems it takes a certain level of conviction to start an equity fund. Even the stock market thread on nland,if you hang there long enough, you start to hear some things lol, how much more a professional fund manager that may have friends that are underwriters

That’s strange. Have they debited the amount from your account? In my experience, if you withdraw before 12pm, you get credited same day . There was definitely a glitch Somewhere. Call them up, they dont take long to answer

Sadly i dont have any direct contact o. I just walk into their head office or call customer care if i have any issues. Emails come with alot of delay.
