Yeah, they are usually fun to have as neighbours. Even if it is one that rented the house, many others usually come around.
You constantly get to feed your eyes, with the skimpy clothes (that is my best part). You also get to hear raw conversations when they gist among themselves.
Every now and then, you get to doke, especially if you can make them feel safe that you're not judgemental or clingy and also look responsible.

The one that was my neighbour back then, she liked me cos I was a decent office guy, and I wasn't judging. I enjoyed going to her place, sometimes she would just wear a singlet, I will grope and grope, rub and smooch tire.
If she is not alone, I would just be feeding my eyes as her and her friends are just moving around with skimpy clothes, I go with the excuse to help fix electrical or janitorial issues.

One day, she had a guy over and begged me to allow her friend come and stay at my place for the night.
