I've been experiencing this error message since today and hence can't book my appointment on VFS Global for UK student visa.
I can't book for any location, whether Abuja, Lagos Ikeja or Lagos VI, due to this bug
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I need urgent help.

The rules says you cannot but when you are rescheduling on the new avits there is option to search for date btw Lagos and Abuja. Therefore, if you are successful in changing there is no crime in that. Your duty is to fill another ds 160 that will align to the consular post.

Per the US Embassy, if you fill out DS-160 for one city, you can attend interview in another city.

So, you got scammed trying to buy dollars from this guy.
You don't need to get scammed, ever again. At least, not for this reason.
Moving forward, if you need to buy foreign currency, all you need is two things:
- A Payoneer account
- Binance

Open a Payoneer account, and create an EUR, USD, GBP or other foreign currency receiving account.
Go to the Binance P2P marketplace, and place an order for USDT. Pay with your nairas, via bank transfer.
Now, sell your USDT in exchange for a deposit in the foreign currency account you previously created on Payoneer. If you're buying EUR, for instance, the payment method you should specify on Binance would be SEPA.

Once the merchant has paid you, go to your Payoneer and either
- order a Payoneer card
- withdraw the dollars into a domiciliary account you own. Hopefully your domiciliary account has a card associated to it to enable you spend your funds seamlessly.
