What he was saying is that it is a general theory that you can't matriculate twice in UI but he did not believe it because it is not implemented properly because there is not fingerprints verification in UI
To add mine, it is very possible to matriculate twice but you must have first withdrawn from your first admission by writting to the Dean that you want to suspended yourself from the course one ui student also told me this, he said double matriculation is possible |
