2. Someone who hasn't gone for service yet. Is it advisable to do ATS 3 or wait after service to register

You will start from Foundation level. You will write only Management Accounting.

For number 2, what is the qualification of the person? Does the person have NYSC call-up letter? The best time to start ICAN is during service.
