Sowore is 54 bro. As an 'egbon' more is expected of him, if he is serious about being part of the solutions for Nigeria, than making the same stagnant and worthless noise he was making 30 years ago, at age 24, when such has changed nothing. Nothing at all.

Yet Awolowo, Tinubu and even the likes of Akpabio changed the lives of their people by getting involved in governance, rather than fighting government their entire lives, to produce transformational solutions and positive changes people can feel.

You forget Tinubu fought Abacha as defacto head of NADECO and fought OBJ's "do or die" gangstar politics in the SW showing he never backs from a fight when that is needed.

Yet Tinubu knows, ultimately, the best way he can serve the people is to be in positions that allow him deliver positive changes and solutions for them. Rather than engage in childish and senseless rebellion against 'ijoba' for his whole life that will achieve nothing and even ensure no one remembers him after death.

Think about how the world remembers Awolowo, with his revolutionary free education for example, and you will note the difference between those who get involved to deliver change and unevolved and stagnant attention-seekers, like Sowore, who have nothing to offer than indict all else as "useless criminals" over decades as a pathetic broken record does.

Oba is a major major title in Yoruba land and you be an Oba our outside Yoruba land. Any Oba in Igboland is fake. There are no Yorubas in the entirety of Igboland. We have no reason to be in that region and igbos know this.

Nigeria is far too broke and far too poor for any secession to work successfully. The only place where breakup worked was former Czechoslovaka...and both countries had something Nigeria doesn't have...strong industries, and access to europe's decent markets and transport.

Break up nigeria, and there would be anarchic tribal warfare. Because what we would get would be four or more poor, resource starved, and in some instances landlocked countries...that will fight each other for resources. And big tribes will eat small tribes.

Plus, it is funny that calls for secession comes when the side you support is on the losing side...lol.

Nigeria is a contrapition that has been ruled by bad leaders, yes, but the alternative is far far worse.

Plus, IMF will share the debt we have, so forget it.

(Plus many of you don't know what an ethnic nationality is...is it the 250 tribes we have? Some of you will come and say they are not really tribes)

Go and vote for leaders who will stop sharing money, and start being productive. Maybe when every part of this country is productive, we can talk of secession (by productive, I don't mean exporting cocoa, cotton, and groundnut, and so forth....I mean economy based on indistries, and innovation, and exporting manufactured goods and services).

I no say tinubu is good, or gej and obi are bad, or all our leaders are saints. We are where we are because we decided not to be an industrial economy, but a resource dependent economy. It;s why we had the civil war really.

Sometime in 2024, the Oba of Benin came to Lagos to make some bold controversial claims and statements.

Nobody confronted him offline until he was done and left for Benin.

I guess what Tinubu's daughter is doing is just payback - consciously or unconsciously.

Next time, the Oba should not leave his domain to start making controversial statements in Yorubaland.
