The guys that bought it from Etisalat were fronts from within Northern cabal that ran the Buhari govt. They were using flows from FG to run it until the present govt emerged.

Serious liquidity issues came up when the Tinubu govt took over, coz there werent access to free cakes anymore.

The current guys that want to forcefully take over the control are also fronts from within the rings of the present Tinubu regime. Hence the war.

Both parties are a Nigerian investors with limited capital and shallow idea into the intricacies of how a mobile tech company can run and survive. What makes it more complex is that most of 9mobile's infrastructure is very archaic, and they will have to spend so much to meet up with competition.
