Yes we all know by looking at the land. But the lands in Ogbomoso in Oyo state completely ruined this sensing for me. I rented 50 acres, low and behold it was good. But when it was season for farming, the land became rain water meet rain water. I embarked on 20 acres, i didnt take out 50 Naira from that project. I left in tears and tatters
