At the end of the day, you lawyers are no different from the corrupt administration you claim to be against. Your entire argument here is that the government is not legitimate, but the money that comes from it's accounts is legitimate. Then there's the "if Nigerians wants us to refund the money, then they should donate another money to us instead." Show me a better illustration of criminality.

If you guys really have integrity like you seem to delude yourselves, wouldn't it be a better statement of your stand against corruption to not have anything to do with the government funds in order to maintain that facade of independence and autonomy? Are you people trying to say that all the lawyers in Nigeria cannot contribute money towards hosting a single conference?

As much as this is a welcome bill,the most important alteration to the electoral laws is the clear establishment of the independence of our electoral commission!
The power to select and control INEC officials including the chairman should be removed from the president at federal level and governors at state level!

Secondly,the use of electronic mode of transmission from the polling unit should be mandatory!
No more collation centres!

Thirdly,stiff punishment for the failure of the electoral umpire to adhere to their own laws must be explicitly clear and unambiguous!

Lastly,in order to eliminate the use of ballot papers,plans must be made for electronic voting in the nearest future!

This is what a Christian President and a Christian VP couldn't give you, but a Muslim/Muslim ticket is going to give you. And trust me, this bill has passed the second reading, for the first time in history and surely Tinubu will make sure it is passed and the constitution be reviewed to accommodate it. The overall goal of all these fantastic bills is a new constitutional review.
That's why Tinubu is not distracted by coalition of losers and the headless mob making noise on social media. Tinubu is laser focused on his mandate of renewed Hope, fairness to all religion and regions and his reelection is as strong as a horse's manhood.
