Where does the constitution say that? Do you have a reference clause? The ASUU strike, in the first place, is an unprotected strike so I honestly want to know the clause that empowers them to not only strike but also demand for pay during the strike.

Oga, strike is a legal action. Even if you sack them, it is umlawful. They will go to the industrial court and the court will reinstate them. It has happened before!

INEC acted out the script given to them by the Prediency and APGA. They even sacrificed their own candidate just to get back @ APC. They were only kind enough to rig in Tony Nwoye into d second position. I even heard that the INEC official who absconded with voting materials meant for Idemili North is cooling off in a five star hotel in Abuja, but INEC told the public that he is being charged to court!

This election or electoral heist, if u like, will be truncated and nullified in the court of law, all thing being equal, if APGA and the presidency do not connive again to plague the court with another miscarriage of justice.
