If this is all a disagreement over contract terms and conditions and if it is not the case of the contractor collecting money and not performing, then EFCC should stay out of it. Fubara miscalculated, his government would have been far more positively impartful than Wike's because that was Wike's intention of making him Governor so that he will be supported by his influence as a right hand man of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
