6 Reasons Why Psquare Should Not Break Up

For years now, defunct group, Psquare, had been plagued with breakup rumors, steaming from several heartbreaking gossips and of recent family issues. Yes, we might sound like a broken record, but really, we see no reason why they should end this amazing journey.

I have read several articles on why these two awesome artiste who make up one of the best musical group yet in African music history should already split up. From reasons that they already bore the masses to being irresponsible, trust me I have heard it.

Yes, like all groups and even families, there will be trying times which of course they are not immune to, but, that should not prompt them into splitting up. They can go on an extended break but definitely not to split up.

However, even as they have split up, I am still strongly against this latest move and have 6 reasons why they should be Psquare again.

1. Family: Need I say more, yes, to many, I might sound like an old broken record, but absolutely nothing can beat the family bond. These guys, not only are they family, but twins, they share an even extra deeper bond. To some family, might have even being the cause of the whole friction being witnessed by the group, but I stand against this. Being a family in business has its own enormous perks. Take Cookie in hit TV series as an example... a perfect example of family works perfectly in business.

2. Endorsement: Endorsements will definitely be affected as most companies will find it difficult working with just one half of a group they have come to know to consists of two people. This might even be more difficult internationally, as am certain most international body already know the group as consisting of two people and not one, so working on solo careers is not such a good idea.

Female suicide bombers kill 23 in Borno mosque

Two female suicide bombers detonated Improvised Explosive Devices at the Molai-Umarrari Mosque, Ummarari, on the outskirts of Maiduguri, on Wednesday, killing no fewer than 22 worshippers.

One of the 18 injured worshippers, who had gathered in the mosque for the early morning prayer, died at the State Specialist Hospital, Maiduguri, where the injured persons were rushed to after the attacks.

It was learnt that the Imam of the mosque was one of the injured as he was said to be outside the mosque when the bombers struck.

Also, the Nigerian Army confirmed the death of 22 persons in the bomb attacks on Ummarari.

The Director of Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Usman, in a statement in Abuja on Wednesday, confirmed that the attacks were carried out by two female suicide bombers.

According to Usman, the first attack targeted a mosque, while the second blast occurred about 50 metres away, a few minutes later.

Usman said troops, other security agents and caregivers had been mobilised to the scene, while the wounded had been evacuated to Molai General Hospital for treatment.

Ummarari is located at about 10 kilometres along the Maiduguri-Damboa-Biu road.

A top military source and an officer of the National Emergency Management Agency, who both spoke on condition of anonymity, said 22 corpses were evacuated from the blast scene and deposited in the mortuary.

At the State Specialist Hospital, Maiduguri, a medical doctor, who did not want his name mentioned, said 12 injured persons were rushed to the hospital, adding that one of them died while eight others were in critical conditions.

Trader In Court For handling Female Customer’s Breast

For handling the breast of his female customer without her consent, a 45-year-old trader, Sunny Onugu, has been charged before a Kado Grade 1 Area Court sitting in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, on a two-count charge of gross indecency and assault, Daily Trust reports.

Osun bank robbery: 5 armed robbers killed, four arrested, N7m cash recovered

The Osun State Police Command has arrested four suspected armed robbers who robbed three commercial banks in Ikirun town in the state last Friday. ‎ Items recovered from the suspects include over seven million Naira cash, three AK 47 rifles, 124 ammunition, one assault rifle with 12 rounds of live ammunition and a vehicle.

Parading them before newsmen, the State Commissioner of Police, Kola Shodipo, said that the police were on the trail of other members of the syndicate at large and urged members of the public to report any suspicious movement.

The Police Public Relation Officer in Osun State, DSP Folashade Odoro said the robbers attacked the banks with dynamite and placed explosives in strategic location in the area where the banks are located with the intent to detonate them one after the other to aid the robbery operation....

Men are twice as likely as women to get cancer of the mouth and throat linked to the human papillomavirus, or HPV, one of the most common s3xually transmitted infections, researchers say.

For men, the risk of HPV-driven cancers of the head and neck rise along with the number of MouthAction partners, researchers said Friday at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) annual meeting in the US capital.

Nearly two out of three of these oral cancers in the United States and most western nations are caused by infection with the HPV 16 strain of the virus, and incidence of cancer is on the rise in recent years, said Gypsyamber D’Souza, who teaches epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Middle aged white men are at particularly high risk compared to other races.

She said her research shows that youths are engaging in oral s3x at increasingly young ages, compared to past generations.

“Our research shows that for men, the number of oral s3x partners — as that number increases, the risk of an oral HPV infection increases,” she told reporters.

But with women, the number of s3xual partners does not appear to raise
