Search and Get a software known as iTools... Its very easy to use and u can backup anything u want to i.e picx, songs, apps, video and what have u.... I think it should work smoothly for jailbroken and non-jailbroken iPhones

Maybe u need to watch a YouTube video on how to use iTunes. It is the best app to backup your pics, apps, contacts, settings, etc. ifunbox & iTools have limitations.

Can't you tell how you go about yours? If I could watch and know how to go about it, why would I ask for help here? Besides I wasn't talking about settings, pix, contacts like you mention. I could backup those. Thanks though.
