If they have not denied your own yet...use ojoro to log into ur ukvi application and deny the application urself....that way u dont get a denial history....the application go end in denial anyway....... lol

Anyways...Nothing concern refused student visa with work visa....unless u also have what will make them tag u a nongenuine worker??

Thank God my husband student refusal visa won’t affect our work visa, because we were afraid of this our first refusal

Please hope the one month gap of refusal isn’t small to reapply?

Good evening house, am new in this thread, please I need assistance/advise my husband applied for student visa on 9th of June 2023, I was the dependant, we applied together after 1 month my husband got a mail for an interview, after the interview they refused us visa based on credibility that they don’t think he is a genuine student, my husband passport is out since 3weeks but mine is still at application received by DMC, we are first time applicants

And again I want apply for work visa (caregiver job) but this time around I will be the principal applicant then my husband will be the dependant, will my husband’s student visa refusal affect us and this one my application is still in DMC will it affect us too? Thanks
