Good day mama's, please am currently on pregnacare Max,. The instruction is to take 2 of the blue blister twice per day and d green blister(omega, 3) once per day. Making it 3 person.
I usually take the 3 at once, am I right or should I take it twice in a day. Pls I need clarifications as lo becomes so active after taking my drugs.

Hello mamas in the house, pls is it bad to drive during pregnancy. I am in my first trimester and my MIL thinks driving can cause a miscarriage. I have never heard of such and its giving me reason for concerns.

I think mama cares for you and her grand child.Driving is unsafe when one is prone to miscarriage or has had one.I think your Dr should know better.

mothers are awesome mehn! my mum saw how much I enjoyed eating akara since I took in and after seeing me suffer with peeling beans twice, she surprised me by making beans powder for me to make it easier for me.

I woke up this morning, after doing vigilante till 3am since lo didn't let me sleep, and I made akara in less than 15mins.

What i do when my normal tomato stew tires me.....

I go local! Palm oil, crayfish, dried smoked shrimps... smoked fish, bonga... the werks.

Ditch the tomatoes if you can. Sometimes i use just onions and peppers ( tatase and atarodo). If using tomatoes boil it first to get out most of the water.

Blend the heads of the smoked shrimps with your onion, pepper or tomato mix.

I use half palm oil and half vegetable oil. (Dont judge! in my mind it is healthier )

Bleach the palm oil as well as you can first. Before you add your veg oil.
Add sliced onions, fry, add all your smoked and dried fishy - shrimpy condiments.
Add your pepper mix. ..... fry!

Season to your liking. Add your meat. And let simmer..... till you are satisfied with the appearance.

Your life will never remain the same.......

Some people will say add your half cooked meat to the tomatoes whilsts boiling to let the two of them mingle well. I havent tried this yet but it is on my to do list.

Modification:
This stew goes with EVERYTHING! from agege bread, to rice, to yam! You can even eat stew and garri sef!
Also this type of stew is very easy to "upgrade" with vegetables. Just steam your ugwu, spinach or whatever seperately first. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can and add to the stew, add some more seasoning and you have your e-be-like-eforiro-vegetable sauce...

Dont mind me... i like food.

Warning: you are liable to dislike your normal stew after you have gone local! Alphahandmaiden does not take any responsibility for any changes in your culinary preferences..... lol!

Boil tomatoes drain the water then blend add lots of crayfish & onions with other ingredients...it worked for me...

Next, i bring to boil by adding a salt .... just enough. Boil till dry... no water again.

Good day mamas,how are we enjoying our day?God really saved me today o,one man like DAT bumped into me as I was navigating a round about.Thank God am fine,just some panelbeating job to be done on my car and shattered light(it's well).DH came,saw d man and told him to go police,warders and sympathizers were amazed coz d man was at fault.
