I think this is the right move. BUA has been funding a militia in Okpella community and has refused to sign a community development agreement with the community. What it does is just to pay the royal father some money and that is it.

The people of Okpella do not occupy any management position in the company because BUA say they are not qualified. Will you tell us there is no one with at most an MBA in that community.
