@Bigbabyboy even though you didn't ask me ll tell help, Ekiti, Ebonyi, Jigawa, Kastina, Kogi, Bayelsa, Gombe, I've 4gotten the last one, And as for the new uni in Ekiti you don't necessarily have to pick them as first or second choice institution in JAMB, So far you score above 200, The form is out for N1400 bank charges excluded, And ll close on 7th October 2011, Exam date is 15th October, Time 10am, Hurry and get yours!, Mind you I'm not an agent neither did i pick nor ll apply, Just trying to help! Hi Nairalander, long time, Well, i'm back now and even more BOLD than ever before, The CHANGE of COURSE ll Close This Wednesday so if u re yet to do it better do now, Anyway I've got a question to Ask, Please after i did my change of course and and uploaded my passport and signature , I clicked on FINAL SUBMIT the printer friendly popped out, But didn't bring forth my PASSPORT and SIGNATURE like the previous Exams Slip, Please is it how It's suppose to be? Quick response PlEASE!

I'm Happy to be the first to inform this great forum that the much expected cut off marks is now online on the school portal, It can only be open on computer so if you don that kindly copy it all and PASTE it here so we all can see, I tried opening it with my opera but it didn't work, So try and paste it here

Rumour has it, that the cut off marks will be released tomorrow, So lets just sit back and relax and pray That's it favourable, IZ IT POSSIBLE FOR A COMMERCIAL STUDENT TO SWITCH FROM BANKING AND FINANCE TO A COURSE LIKE MASS COMMUNIcation?, Just wanna know, THE info is needed for a friend, @REASONABLE answers FROM reasonable PEOPLE pleaseeeee, lolz!

Abayomi, Makinson has said it all, You just have to wait for the release of cut off marks, Hmmm! 48 is quite low, What i don't know is if It's possible for you to switch to Art courses, Like mass communication and others, That requires lower points like 45, I pray God help you! Cause i can imagine What's going on in your brain as i type, Don't worry, Just pray for a favourable cut off and make enquirer if It's possible to switch, Cause That's your only HOPE! Good Morning

Markinsak, To a certain extent you may be right, But looking at from this point of view: if the cut off mark for JAMB as been reduced to 160=20 for someone going for accountancy or other courses ll have to score nothing less than 50 in the post JAMB to get the aggregate of 70, And i can bet it with you that 60% of those that sat for the exams scored below 200 in JAMB, (Anyway, because i said so doesn't mean i score below 200 O! I scored 229 and i believe for nothing less than a 60 as aggregate) Gunner4u guess I've answered your question

Gunner4u, That's a big mistake you made O! Just keep praying cause i don't know what ll happen to your result

with my little findings you got 18/40 in the post utme exams, Anyway all is well, I have a feeling that the cut off marks for this year won't be too high accounting will be around 62-65, It is well!

@Gunner why didn't you change ya course na?, Anyway, It's gone Now, And as for CONNECTION, I've got connection for Yabatech so There's no need to worry, Baba God na MY CONNECTION

The result shouldn't be our problem, Definately everyone knows It's gonna be good since the exams wasn't too hard, What should be the main thing in our minds is the CUT OFF marks, Last year the cut off marks were damn high, Banking and finance 68, Accounting 70, Business administration 70, Can you imagine! Now that the jamb cut off is 160 and It's been calculated this way:
160/8=20 and post JAMB 40*2.5/2=50 someone going for accounting or banking & finance will have to score 40 over 40 in the post jamb to make the cut off for either of the two courses, So let's pray for favourable cut off,

@ikotun your jamb i.e 400/8=50%. . Then your post jamb. . 40 times 2.5=100. . .then divide it by 2. . Add up . . Eg .that your 28*2.5=70/2=35 + 228/8= 62%

If the JAMB score is to be divided by 8 how ll the 40 questions of the Post JAMB be mark, Please someone help please, My JAMB score 228 and i'm sure of 28 out of 40 question, Banking and finance
