Those people that always say west African girls are ugly

This my igbo neighbor
Whenever she comes out of her house in the morning and afternoon
She always covering her eyes
Like as if, the sun is hurting her or burning her

I was wondering is it Because igbos generally don't like sun because maybe because they have some white blood in them or albinism that makes them allergic to sun

Or they think too much sun will make them darker
And maintaining their light complexion, is their culture
