You Muslims are incredibly good at gulping every useless taqiyya that your goat fcking imams dish out to you every Friday. Politics › Nigeria's OPEC Membership: Servitude To The House Of Saud by ImadeUReadThis(op): 3:39pm On Feb 18, 2017 |
Nigeria joined OPEC in 1971. A year earlier, the Nigerian Govt had nationalised oil reserves as part of the spoils of a phyric victory.
Nigeria's OPEC membership has been more of a hindrance in the expansion of the oil industry which pegged oil outputs, on average, to about 1.6 million bpd.
In 1973, Nigeria's average production output was 1.5million barrels. While Saudi Arabia, with a fraction of Nigeria's population had an average daily output of 7.3 million barrels.
Fast forward to present day and Nigeria's output was increased (on compassionate grounds) by the cartel's main dictators -Saudi Arabia to 2.2 million barrels per day.
This amounts to just additional 700,000 barrel increase over the last 40yr average production quota of 1.5million barrels.
Saudi Arabia on the other hand, has added close to 4 million barrels to their 1973 output of 7million barrels with production outputs hitting close to 12million barrels during the fracking scare.
As we can see Saudi Arabia has more than doubled Nigeria's daily production output with the additional 4million bpd.
Saudis granted a meagre 700,000 barrels in over 40 yrs to Nigeria.
Now I am not suprised about this because since 1970, Nigerian leaders have been pandering to the wishes of the House of Saud at the detriment of their own.
If we also look back to the lowest period of oil production in Nigeria we will see it coincided with the despotic regime of Buhari who at the command of the Saudis cut Nigeria's oil production output by more than 30% even though Nigeria was experiencing severe cash crunch.
From all this we can see that the successive Northern led military regimes have been pandering to the chagrin of their Arab masters. |

saint7000: Osinbanjo has been briefed that power is imminent and one thing is certain...YOU/SW/YORUBA CANNOT FIGHT THE NORTH ALONE TO REPLACE BUHARI IN THE EVENT OF THE INEVITABLE HAPPENS OR REMAIN IN POWER WITHOUT SE AND SS YOUR SIDE. Osinbanjo knows that the fight coming on his way will be greater than the fight that got him out of his mother's womb! I like what he is doing...He should continue doing that, keep cementing relationship with Wike, Akpabio, Emmanuel Udom, Okowa, Fayose, Obiano, all SW, SS, SE governors, senators and house members! Also extend the same to North central. These are the people that will ring the bell loud and sound for you to replace Buhari if we get there. When the North realize that " these people are ganging on us", THEY WILL BEHAVE, just like they behaved when they realize that SS,SW and SE were all out for Jonathan to replace Yaradua! I will never go to war for any useless afonja. The SW must fight their own fight. We know they neither have the balls or character to maintain a determined fight. These yorubas will sooner or later begin to fall over themselves to betray the same Osinbajo for the north. The SS/SE should leave these afonjas in their latest public dance of shame |

PapaBrowne: Osibanjo is doing all the right things and is warming his way fast in the the hearts of the people Buhari has treated as conquered enemies.
His simple actions would be interpreted in the North as threatening to Buhari and depending on the true state of Buhari, he might be cautioned to pipe down.
It's apparent Buhari is the problem of Nigeria. Osibanjo would make far better president. If Osibanjo takes over, the north would start Boko Haram all over again. Osinbajo that could not speak up for his murdered Co-evangelist that was brutally hacked to death in broad day light in Abuja? If that fake pastor can not speak up for Christ and Christians is it the plight of Niger Deltans he will stand up to defend? We know a gimmick when we see one. |
