You just said it's a new battery right? Remember what they say bout new batteries? You should charge for at least 2-3 days.. Or 36hrs before using.. From your screenshot, at 99% if you are patient you should get about 4085mV at 99% not 3957mV and at 100% fully charged.. You should get 4200mv or 4100mv...so all I need you to exercise is patience.. That's why it's charging slow.. And even at 99%, before you get to 100% you'll have to be very patient.. Lemme know how it goes.. Or are you on the android world group on WhatsApp? Your battery isn't well calibrated. Get battery calibration app by neema. Charge your phone full then press calibrate when you open the app . Well the instructions are written clearly and you'll see it immediately you open the app

I ported an A+ room for my f7 tecno device which aint compatible wit my phone .... I had to format and restore my back up.. But since aftr then the samsung logo never left my boot logo..... Anytime i booth my fone now i see Samsung b4 the tecno boot logo comes up........ Plz anyone wit help on how to remove this samsung shit............ Thanks in advance

Factory Reset / Cache wipe

This method assumes your phone is not rooted, you did nothing and the phone just got stuck or you merely installed an app that doesn't require root permission

1. Switch off the phone
2. Press the volume increase button and don't release
3. Press the power button and keep holding down both buttons
4. Don't release till you enter recovery mode which will either show clockworkmod or an Android lying on its back
reboot.

I was able to get to this place when I held the volume up button and power button.. But everything is written in Chinese.. What can I do pls.. Looks like my volume down button is not working

It's not showing oo.. When I hold the volume up button and power button it will show this Android logo with a red X sign on top.. I came across seun Paynes blog.. I dnt know if it will work oo because I dnt have cwm prior to when it got bricked.. What do you think?
