Has the plots been mapped out to designate where access roads within the layout should be?

If I want to purchase 20 plots or more, I shouldn't have to use some of my plots to create roads in the future. I have experienced something like this before.
If they haven't done so, let the community know that mapping out the land into layouts of plots with access roads is the right step. This will add immediate value to the land.
