Job Description
Efficient and Continuous supply of limestone needed for cement manufacturing and co-ordinates the staffs and contractors for safe operations in the quarry.
1. Coordinate all quarry face operations and report to the Quarry Manager. These include; overburden removal by contractors, drilling, blasting, loading, haulage, crushing, dewatering, perimeter drainages, haulage route constructions and maintenance and face development
2. Ensure that plants and machineries are available at all time through proper checks with the contractors
3. Control the supply of limestone in terms of quality and quantity to meets the production needs

5. Coordinate blasting operations and ensure that blasting monitoring readings are taking and kept
6. Ensure that explosives are well kept at the magazine, and issues are properly monitored and recorded
7. Ensure effective utilization of work force (staffs and contractors) and appraise immediate subordinate
8. Ensure that staffs and contractors follow work instructions, procedures and adhere to rules and regulations during operations
9. Administering the departments i.e reports preparations and act for Quarry Manager whenever he is on annual leave or on official engagement
10. Any other duty assign from time to time

Summary

Liaise with IDPE partner organizations as needed to support relationships and common objectives.
Conduct analyses to ensure effectiveness of marketing and membership efforts with ability to adjust as necessary.
Prepare reports and status of projects on a quarterly basis.
Manage and delegate project work to the membership and marketing coordinators.
Engage and manage relationships with volunteers of the membership and serve as liaison to committee/task forces as applicable to forward stated goals and objectives.
Analyze and interpret membership data to support recruitment, retention and renewal efforts.
Coordinate with communications team to ensure effective, branded marketing communications through the website, advertising, print and digital media.
Provide leadership in coordination of IDPE sales efforts related to Institute’s publications, educational programs, and membership services along with other sales efforts related to tradeshow events, website, eNews, advertising, and others.
Performance of other duties as determined appropriate.
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, the individual must possess leadership skills, the ability to create and implement ideas; work both independently and as a team, to multi-task and produce quality work on time.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with managing communications programs including social media and/or skills and experience with production of marketing resources.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
Ability to work flexible schedule to meet high volume work periods and to occasionally travel for association conventions, training, or to support membership outreach.
The individual must have outstanding personal and written communication skills, be able to support team members and coordinate support from others.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field.
State Managers must own a functioning office located in the city, the office will become the IDPE membership liaison office in the state, the office must be an 8-5 functioning office.
Candidate must be a member of IDPE in good standing.
Salary/Compensation
This offer is on commission based sales. Candidate will be provided with all the IDPE membership kits and marketing materials. Training will also be provided to all the selected state Managers.
